While the majority of our work consists of residential re-roofing of single family homes, we also do work for various contractors, architects, homeowners associations and commercial property owners. In the past, our work has included large-scale projects such as the Sea-Tac Red Lion, (55,000 square feet), Woodcreek Homeowners Association (520,000 square feet), BraeMar Homeowners Association (90,000 square feet), and the Bayshore Homeowners Association (40,000 square feet), among others.
